In the Manga I was mangeled in the explosion and rebuilt by my father into a cyborg, with a diamon egg inside me which turned into Mistress 9. I got the power to turn into Mistress 9 when I stole Chibi-Usa'a brooch. After I got reborn I grew up into a normal healthy girl, and also a naughty little brat.



I am also Sailor Saturn, the most powerful of all the senshi. I use my death reborn revolution. It is the most powerful of my attacts and i can destroy entire planets. But everytime i use this attack i revert to my baby form and have to grow up again.

 

In the anime and Manga I use the following Magical Phrases:

 

Death Reborn Revolution- this destroys the world, plain and simple. Hotaru raises her scythe-like glaive high and says the words, and bright purple ribbons of light shoot out, destroying everything in their path. I'm not sure how long the attack takes...I mean destroying the world seems like it would take a long time, but she only completely fullfills the attack in the manga, so there's really no way to tell. I don't think anything can stop it, except MAYBE the Silver Crystal, but I don't even think that's powerful enough. Well a weakness to the Death Reborn Revolution is obviously that it destroys the world. There's no way to dodge it obviously. Saturn emits so much energy that she too is destined to die along with the blast.

Silence Glaive Surprise/ Galactica glaive surprise - Hotaru raises her glave high, forming a white light overhead. She then brings the glaive down towards the ground. When it releases its full power, there is a brief silence, and then a large explosion that destroys whatever she aimed at. Before her glaive even hits the ground, you can already see a lot of damage being done as it descends upon the earth. In the anime, she uses it in Nehelenia's castle, butdidn't even use it to its full potential. However, even then, it was enough to destroy at least 2/3 of the palace and knock back Usagi (who was outside the castle walking up the stairs) for quite a distance. This only takes a few seconds, and can't be stopped easily, if at all. both cause a ridiculous amount of damage. It's like a grenade pretty much. All of Saturn's powers take a lot of energy, as with all the other Outer Senshi. Imagine trying to let out enough energy to match that of a grenade. It takes a lot. I don't recall anyone ever dodging this one, but I imagine only Galaxia-sama could, simply because of her immense power. None of the other outer senshi's attacks defeated her, so I don't know that Saturn's would be any different.

Silent wall- this isn't an attack, it just creates a purple wall of energy that blocks other people's attacks. Obviously it takes a fraction of a second or else it would be pretty useless. This can't be dodged either because it's also defensive. This is a quick attack, and I imagine it doesn't wipe out half as much energy as the DRR or SGS.

Force field- again, not an attack. Hotaru can even use this when she's not transformed. She doesn't say anything, but when danger looms over her, a purple barrier surrounds her and protects her from harm. This takes virtually no energy. It is a defensive thing, so it can't be dodged. Hotaru just falls into a trance and the protective light surrounds her.

Healing powers - the only weakness to this is that the people that see her use it think she's a freak of nature and want nothing to do with her, despite the fact that it is used for good. It doesn't take much energy, and isn't an attack anyway.

An interesting thing to note about Hotaru is that she is the only senshi that can inflict harm upon an enemy without being transformed.
